Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all refurbished laptops sold by SparkHub FZE (“SparkHub”) directly to consumers. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions.

  1. Our Commitment to Quality & Price

    SparkHub is committed to providing fully functional, professionally refurbished laptops at highly competitive prices. To achieve this, our sales are conducted under the specific terms outlined below. Every laptop undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it is 100% functional before it is dispatched.

  2. 48-Hour Functional Guarantee

    We guarantee that your laptop will be in full working order upon arrival. You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any critical functional defects (e.g., the device does not power on, the screen does not display an image). Cosmetic imperfections are not considered functional defects and are reflective of the refurbished nature of the product. To make a claim under this guarantee, you must contact SparkHub customer service within the 48-hour period. We will, at our discretion, arrange for a repair or a replacement with a similar model.

  3. Standard After-Sale Policy & Exclusions

    After the 48-Hour Functional Guarantee period expires, and unless an Optional Limited Warranty is explicitly stated on your purchase invoice (as detailed in Section 4), the sale is considered final. SparkHub is not liable for providing free repairs or replacements for faults that may develop. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from:

    Accidental damage, such as drops, broken screens, or liquid spills.

    Electrical damage resulting from voltage fluctuations or use of an improper power supply.

    Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs and modifications.

    Software-related issues, including viruses, malware, or operating system errors.

    Natural degradation of consumable parts, such as battery life.

  4. Optional Limited Warranty

    An extended warranty is not provided as standard. However, SparkHub may offer an Optional Limited Warranty plan for purchase on certain products.
    The existence, duration, and specific terms of any such warranty are valid only if explicitly itemized and described on your final purchase invoice.
    If your invoice does not state that a warranty is included, then no warranty beyond the 48-Hour Functional Guarantee has been provided.
    When purchased, this Optional Limited Warranty covers internal hardware defects arising from normal use. It expressly excludes all issues listed in Section 3, such as accidental damage, broken screens, liquid spills, and software problems.

  5. SparkHub Paid Support Service

    For any issue that occurs outside the 48-Hour Functional Guarantee, or for any problem not covered by an active Optional Limited Warranty plan, we offer our customers exclusive access to our SparkHub Paid Support Service. Should your laptop require a repair or component replacement, our expert technicians can diagnose the issue and service the device for a transparent, pre-agreed fee.

  6. Returns and Refunds Policy

    All sales are final. Due to our pricing model and the nature of refurbished goods, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason other than a valid claim made under the 48-Hour Functional Guarantee. Please ensure your chosen product meets your requirements before purchasing.

  7. Data Responsibility

    You are solely responsible for backing up your personal data. SparkHub FZE is not responsible for any loss of data, whether on a device returned under guarantee or a device brought in for paid service.

  8. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
